Recurring monthly subscriptions for full access to app features
Annually renewed subscriptions with special pricing and fixed rates
One-time purchases to activate additional features (if available)
New subscribers have the right to request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment, according to Turkish Consumer Protection Law.
After 14 days, refunds are calculated based on the remaining days of the current subscription period.
No fees are refunded during the last month of the subscription period to cover operational and administrative costs.

Any violation of terms of use or inappropriate behavior automatically cancels the right to refund, even if the request is made within the allowed period. This measure is necessary to protect the system and other users.
Gather subscription information: invoice number, subscription date, and reason for refund request.
Send refund request via email or technical support form in the app.
We will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with our decision.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
For purchases through App Store or Google Play, refunds will be processed through the store itself
For direct payments, refunds will be processed to the same payment method used
In special cases, direct transfer to bank account is possible
If you're not satisfied with the service within the first 14 days, we guarantee a full refund or transfer to another plan.
If service is down for more than 24 hours due to maintenance, we compensate with additional free days.
This policy complies with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and E-Commerce Law. All consumers in Turkey have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days.
In case of a refund dispute, consumers can resort to consumer arbitration committees or competent Turkish courts. We prefer to resolve disputes amicably through our customer service team.
