At Otelctrl, we are committed to providing high-quality service to our customers. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on subscriptions and paid services in our application, in accordance with Turkish laws and international best practices.

Important: This policy applies to all purchases and subscriptions in the Otelctrl app, whether purchased through App Store, Google Play Store, or our website.

Annually renewed subscriptions with special pricing and fixed rates

Detailed Refund Policy

Refund within 14 days (New subscribers)

New subscribers have the right to request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment, according to Turkish Consumer Protection Law.

Partial Refund (After 14 days)

After 14 days, refunds are calculated based on the remaining days of the current subscription period.

No Refund (Last month)

No fees are refunded during the last month of the subscription period to cover operational and administrative costs.

Exceptional Refund Cases

  • Technical failures preventing app usage for more than 3 days
  • Service unavailability due to reasons beyond user's control
  • Billing errors or repeated charges
  • Service doesn't match advertised description
No Refund Cases
  • Violation of terms of use or conduct rules
  • Using the app illegally or harmfully
  • Attempting to hack the system or disrupt service
  • Intentionally using fake or misleading data
  • Requesting refund after the specified period
  • Change of mind without justified reason (after 14 days)
Important Notice:

Any violation of terms of use or inappropriate behavior automatically cancels the right to refund, even if the request is made within the allowed period. This measure is necessary to protect the system and other users.

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Prepare Information

Gather subscription information: invoice number, subscription date, and reason for refund request.

Step 2: Contact Us

Send refund request via email or technical support form in the app.

Step 3: Review

We will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with our decision.

Step 4: Processing

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Refund Processing Methods

App Stores

For purchases through App Store or Google Play, refunds will be processed through the store itself

Credit Cards

For direct payments, refunds will be processed to the same payment method used

Bank Transfer

In special cases, direct transfer to bank account is possible

Refund Processing Time

Expected Timeline:
  • Request Processing: 1-3 business days
  • Approval/Rejection: Within 5 business days
  • Refund Processing: 5-10 business days (depending on payment method)
  • Amount appearing in account: 3-15 business days (depending on bank)

Additional Guarantees

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the service within the first 14 days, we guarantee a full refund or transfer to another plan.

Maintenance Guarantee

If service is down for more than 24 hours due to maintenance, we compensate with additional free days.

Legal Information

Compliance with Turkish Laws

This policy complies with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and E-Commerce Law. All consumers in Turkey have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days.

Dispute Resolution

In case of a refund dispute, consumers can resort to consumer arbitration committees or competent Turkish courts. We prefer to resolve disputes amicably through our customer service team.
